HOW WE FULFIL YOUR ORDER - NON LOCAL DELIVERIES

Your order is sent via courier next day delivery. Once your order is dispatched the consignment number will be emailed to you. If you have any concerns about your order or haven’t received it, please contact us, email support@merakaibrewing.com with your order number and consignment number, this will help us locate your order and package. We regret that we can only deliver to addresses within the UK this includes Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

HOW WE FULFIL YOUR ORDER - LOCAL DELIVERIES

Orders must be received by 9 AM each Wednesday , if we receive your order after this time, it will go on the following Wednesday delivery service.

We will deliver your beer order every Wednesday from 1 PM. We will aim to deliver all orders by 8 PM. In order to qualify for local delivery products you must live within the following areas:

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or older.

If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

If for any reason, we are not able to fulfil your order we will notify you via the contact email address provided on your order. 

PRE ORDERS

Should you order any items pre-order, please review the dispatched date. If there are delays, we will alert you with an update as soon as we are able. 

Damaged during delivery

If the item is damaged on delivery, you can refuse the order and it will be returned to us.

Please contact us at support@merakaibrewing.com  to do so. We will arrange for another product to be sent to you of the same value. If we cannot fulfil the order with the items you purchased, for example, due to non existent stock, we will arrange to send you a replacement or a gift voucher equivalent to the same amount. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know and we can support you. Please note we cannot refund delivery costs.  

We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate information supplied when ordering the product.  It is your responsibility to ensure all details entered into our site are accurate and correct. 


RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS

RETURN GOODS

We believe our items are of good quality and we ensure they are in excellent condition when they are packaged. If you are not happy with your purchase and if you would like to return goods to Merakai Brewing CO. they must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused (glassware) and unworn (in the case of clothing) within 14 days of purchase.

As soon as we receive the items into our storage we will arrange a refund (minus any return/delivery costs) - unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged. Please contact us if you would like to return our goods at  support@merakaibrewing.com and we will help you do that.

For any beer related issues, we require notification asap why you are not satisfied with the goods, and any returns within 5 days of purchase (if unopened). Please contact us via email support@merakaibrewing.com with any issues and we’ll aim to resolve the best way we can.

PLEASE MEASURE BEFORE PURCHASE

For clothing, please measure as accurately as you can when ordering. If you order an item which does not fit for whatever reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item.  We will only accept unworn items in order to process a refund or offer a replacement.


taxes + surcharges

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we can waiver.

REFUNDS

We’re here to help where we can

Refunded amounts will be returned within 5-10 working days, minus delivery charges.

If you have not received the refund within the account which you originally purchased the items within this time frame, please contact us, email support@merakaibrewing.com and we shall try our best to help you within our remit. We will aim to answer your request within 24 hours.
