The above, does not include communications to you regarding your purchase and the status of your order. These communications will cease once you have received your order. It is essential that we keep up updated in this instance.

Holding your information and the right to be forgotten

We will hold your information as long as you are a customer of Merakai Brewing CO. LTD and as long as we are legally required to do so.

It is your right to request that we delete your personal information from our files. Which we will do within 30 days (which will be extended to 60 days should the request be of a complex nature) of being contacted by you to indicate that you wish to be forgotten. Please email us at info@merakaibrewing.com with the data you believe that we hold on you (indicating the platforms if you can) and we shall ensure that your details are removed from our systems (in the places where the information was held). This is subject to our legal obligations however, if you are suspected to be involved in or involved in illegal activities we withhold the right to uphold your right to be forgotten until proven otherwise.
